Welcome to Sundee Vacations and Luna di Lusso 308. If you are looking for a super clean, newly re-modeled and luxurious 1 Bedroom 1 bath apartments, look no further. You may notice that our price may be a few dollars more than other apartments in the building, but it'll be worth it. Just compare the pictures you will see the difference. We have installed gorgeous wood floors throughout the kitchen, living and bedroom areas for that extra warm feeling. We have the best quality bed linens, towels, paper products to make you feel at home. For those staying longer, we have a larger refrigerator/freezer and safe for your valuables available for use.
The service you will receive from check in to check out will be unparalleled. This unit is meticulously cleaned after every guest and our cleaning staff is paid a higher wage to assure that they will take the time to check every minor detail before leaving. This place is the best. The description is spot on. We had a wonderful time. Great location with walking trails around the area. Very clean and comfortable place. Wonderful Condo with lots of nice touches

Beautiful unit with a view of the pool and the lake! Very clean with lots of thoughtful “extras,” including things like a welcome basket with snacks, a light-sensitive nightlight in the bathroom, Post-it notes and pens. I would give it a 5 out of 5.

Such a cute a quiet place!

This place was great! First the bed and comforter and pillows were beyond comfortable. It was amazing. Had everything we needed for a great quiet weekend. Within walking distance was a bunch of cute shops and places to eat. The hot tub wasnt working at the property the first night and the host went out of their way to help us access the hot tub as another building. Was such a great stay. Would def stay again!

Our unit looked out onto pool area which is lovely. We had just a short walk into the nearby village where there were several fine restaurants and a small market for essentials. Very much enjoyed not getting into a car to go out for meals. .Highly recommend

Paradise Weekend

We loved condo 308! It was exactly as pictured and clean/comfortable. The building was quiet and perfect for relaxation. We enjoyed the pool each day and appreciated that it was a quiet/calm crowd. The little village was great for restaurants and grocery. The owners were very accommodating and communicated with quick response. We didn’t need to rent a car and had no problem getting Ubers to the strip & back, airport, etc. We would definitely stay again to get a quick weekend in the sun!

Great Condo

My husband and I were very pleased with Joe and Letty’s condo, and Joe was responsive to our communications and gave us plenty of information regarding the condo and Lake Las Vegas.Their condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The bedroom was large with a very comfortable bed and plenty of closet and drawer space. The bathroom was quite large as well, with plenty of counter space, a walk-in shower and tub and wall hooks. Morning sun pours in the windows facing the pool and the lake, which is quite cheerful. We never got up that early, but I imagine the sunrise colors in the sky would be beautiful from the balcony. It was well located to give us access to Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, various state parks and the Las Vegas strip.

Great Experience

We have rented a fair amount of condos on VRBO and this was probably one of our best experiences. The views were great. The location was great for us as we spent most of our time in Henderson, although it was a quick trip to Hoover Dam and Las Vegas, super convenient. The condo was clean and well maintained. The rest of the property was great as well.
