Beds are very old and not comfortable. The heater in our room didn’t regulate the temperature stayed very hot in there no matter what temperature we set it at finally just turned it off refrigerator made a noise so we turned it off no way to pull the black out curtains shut so had Casino light in are room

The bed was very hard. The free breakfast is not a buffet and is was really bad. Holes in wall patched incorrectly and shows anb shower wall of granet were poorly instaled and gaps ab sharp edges

We were pleasantly surprised during our stay. The room we reserved was a suite with 2 double beds and a pull out couch. We had plenty of room for 4 adult humans. Room was clean. Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast included was a bonus. One thing I wish they would update is the AC. It is a wall unit that worked well but was a tad bit loud. Central AC would be great but not a deal breaker at all. We will definitely make our reservations here from now on.

Upon arrival, the front desk staff was very nice. Check in was so easy. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and I had a great stay, IN my room. When I went down for breakfast, the woman “in charge” seemed to be policing the buffet area. She stood over me as I got food. It felt like she didn’t want anyone getting too much. All I got was a waffle, an egg and 2 sausages. If she wants to police the area, breakfast should be a separate charge. She even yelled at a child and had a completely unprofessional yelling match with the kid and his mom. The manager yelled at the child because he was getting breakfast. I was so uncomfortable about this and I have to take away a star for her behavior. I doubt I will be coming back to this hotel.

The room/ staff / breakfast and AC were excellent. Very clean. Only put of they was the swimming pool. The pool and jacuzzi were so cold my kids and I were disappointed and had to find other ways to keep them occupied in the evenings.
