Good location

Room had more things that didn't work than worked. Bad housekeeping with no towel or trash service. Front desk staff dud nothing to resolve our complaints. Will not stay here again!

We are sorry to hear that you did not like you stay with us. If you have a dog in the room or a do not disturb on your door then service is not given. If so then you need to request service when you want it. We did share your comment with housekeeping in case you didn't have a DND so that they can look into why your service was missed.

Unexpectedly Awesome

This is one of the cleanest and most comfortable rooms I've ever stayed in. Our family suffers from severe allergies and hotel rooms are often a nightmare for us. When I saw the puffy bedding and all the pillows I thought it was going to kill us. I ended up looking at their website to find out what they use so I can have it at home! This is not decorated or styled in an ornate manner, being an eco-hotel. It is very modern and utilizes an almost generic Ikea-like design scheme. So if you are looking for the over-the-top Vegas experience here, you will be disappointed. If you have a work/family situation that is better suited to an experience off "the strip" and you need someplace quieter and cleaner to spend the night, this is the place for you. It's still very close to Las Vegas Blvd.(about 10 min.) and is very conveniently located in a suburban area next to the highway. The staff is amazing and obviously well trained. Also, if you're interested in this sort of thing, apparently the president stayed the night there at some point as well. It's been years since I've been to Vegas and I was very nervous about having a stop/layover there with my tween-aged child. I couldn't have been happier with how our stay turned out!

Cons: No free Internet, Noisy, no breakfast, hotel resturant had hourly spending requirement, had to go to another building to watch game, food very overpriced and low quality, drinks overpriced and rarely comped
Stay at one of the cheaper hotels and walk a hudred feet. You get no extras, very little if any comps, and very very expensive. Total rip off.

Upscale eco-budget hotel

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: the whole eco theme makes the place rather spartan
For the price, it is a good hotel. It is away from the strip and therefore nice and quiet.

Excellent hotel

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
Great hotel, so nice to have access to a kitchen which was well stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful, only 5-7 minute drive from Red Rock Canyon. This place in not ultra extravagent but is a good value and eco-conscious. We would definetly stay here again.

Loved this hotel!

Pros: Free breakfast, Quiet, pets welcome
Cons: far from the strip
We chose the Element by Westin because they would accept pets, and we lucked into a great hotel. Everything is brand new and looks it - the room was great, with a beautiful bath and complete with a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was incredibly comfortable, too. But the best part was the included buffet breakfast. I've never had such a great hotel buffet breakfast in this price range, EVERYTHING you could imagine, and as much as you want, including delicious "smoothie shots", which my teenagers loved. The location is quite far from "the Strip", but if you're just passing through Vegas, or don't mind driving a bit for a great, quiet hotel, I don't think you could do better. Definitely recommended!!

Great hotel, great price, great value

We loved this hotel. Initially we chose it because it accepted pets, but were extremely pleased to realize that this stylish, eco-conscious property is brand-spanking new. Our room had a very comfortable king bed and a queen pull-out couch and a FULL KITCHEN. The room was beautifully appointed from the great bathroom to the beautifully done galley-style kitchen. But the BEST thing about this hotel was the great full buffet breakfast, complete w/ smoothie shots, yogurts, bagels, freshly baked pastries, eggs, sausages, fruit, cereal, juices, etc., etc., etc. Awesome value for the price!! The only drawback I can see is that the property is in the Summerlin area, quite a way from "The Strip" - but it's easy to get back to the center of the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would look forward to staying there again.

Fantastic hotel for the price

New hotel with great view of Red Rock Canyon and mountains, easy access to hotel (approx. 20 min. drive to the strip) and easy parking, with friendly and helpful staff. Has a complimentary breakfast that was hot and fresh (eggs, sausage, pancakes, fruit, juice, cereal......was excellent and I'm generally quite picky. Free access to fitness room and free wireless internet. Flatscreen TV's with tons of channels - kitchen has stainless steel full fridge, dishwasher, microwave etc. with plates, glasses and flatware. Great bathroom/shower and very clean. The hotel exceeded my expectations and for a great price considering the "extra fees" that the strip hotels charge you were all included here. If you don't have to be on the Strip - then this is the place to stay in Vegas for a reasonable price - like having your own upscale apartment.
