There was no hot water during our stay. We were moving from CA to FL cross country and all we wanted was a hot bath after a long day of driving. Half the reason people stay at ANY hotel is to sleep and shower. Hard to sleep when youre sticky and filthy. The property says they can issue no credit or refund because we used Travelocity. I would like a refund for at least half the price.

My Experience at Extended Stay Valley View- Las Ve
The stay was fine but unfortunately I became sick. Instead of checking out on the second, I notified the front desk because of my illness I would be checking out a day early. The lady told me that I would not receive a refund so she would officially check me out the following day. I thought that was unfair because I didn’t ask to get sick. I will never book at an extended stay any more. As soon as I arrived home I did go to urgent care. I do have a prescription for my illness.

The worst stay ever! The room was dirty, it wasn't what I booked. Bed was worse then sleeping on the floor, the air unit was horrible. We found dirty socks in the room and the floor was dirty.

Dirt under the bed, matrices and pillows uncomfortable. Drawer broken in bedroom, no ice machine, vending machines only at front desk, no blow drier in room. Empty cupboards no cups coffee in room, tv's not working, remotes not working, holes in doors in bathroom,
