This is an amazing location, literally on the F1 track and across from the NEW FLAMINGO FAN ZONE on Koval Ave!! Check out my video. It is also a short walk to the Sphere Zone and Harmon Zone, the monorail and The Strip. Complex has free parking, outdoor grills, on site restaurant, on site mini grocery store, and more.

NOTE: Property requires a $250 Refundable Security Deposit upon check in.

Perfect location for 2023 Las Vegas F1 GP/Sphere zone

We attended the F1 event and we could not have asked for a better location to stay as our tickets were in the Sphere T-Mobile zone. It took us 5 minutes to walk to the entrance of the gate...amazing! The owner of the timeshare unit is Monica and she was very helpful. Easy to communicate with her desire for us to have a great experience was wonderful.
Stayed 4 nights in Nov 2023
