WE DO NOT HAVE CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS. We will take care of everything.

Your private sanctuary has 2 bedrooms with King beds, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, and a secret room with a Full sized bed. 3 bathrooms, a loft, a well equipped kitchen, and 3 smart TV's with Cox cable, and 2 smart TV's with the option to log into your Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Disney account. Enjoy the blissful backyard, mature landscaping, pool/spa, covered patio with table and chairs, the Weber barbecue grill is hooked up to natural gas so you will never run out. The property is in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The Las Vegas strip is only a $20 ride share away.

The property comes well equipped with all the comforts of home. If by some chance you need something that is not there, don't hesitate to ask for it.

The property, as required by the city of Henderson, has a noise monitor inside and outside the home. This device does not record. It only measures noise in decibels. There are security cameras on the outside of the home. And there is 1 camera on the pool equipment. There are NO cameras inside the home.

Highly recommend. The host was more than accommodating and replied in a timely manner to requests. Luke & Karen made it simple by offering contact via texting (love this). As a resident of Henderson, familiar with Vegas, this home is nestled in a quiet family neighborhood. It is perfectly located with access to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and easy Uber/Lyft trips to the Strip. The house is nicely laid out with several areas for relaxing, eating in or watching tv. The backyard has a lovely atmosphere with heated (upon request) pool and spa. Not sure if it’s in the description but we were very surprised to discover a secret bedroom behind a bookcase! Super fun for kiddos!

Best place ever!

We had an excellent day at this rental property. It was spacious and had room for everyone. The host was available daily upon text messages if needed everything was provided. It was simple easy there was no check out. It was wonderful and the pool was fantastic.

Henderson Gem

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Vegas. We traveled to Grand Canyon, Death Valley and Hoover Dam. The casinos were about 15 minutes away and the airport as well. The neighborhood is very close to multiple restaurants and very quiet. The host was quick to answer any questions we had about the house.

Peaceful Neighborhood, Close to Everything

This is a wonderful place to stay, close enough to all the Las Vegas action but still a peaceful, calm neighborhood. Host was super responsive and helpful. Lots of room in the house, we had 7 people and more could have easily fit.

NOT worth staying here, renters beware!!!

overall impression of this property is that there is no possible way they have great reviews. this place is a dump. the carpet is nasty, the dishwasher top tray is broken, the kitchen sink leaks and sprays everywhere, the pool is dirty and cold even after paying additional fee for heated. The garage is so gross, the house isn't fully stocked as they claim, we purchased tons of spices and left for the next, we had to get paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, a dish cleaner. the bathroom shower leaks all over the floor, the lights were flickering.. they claim quiet neighborhood, false.. every time you go outside the neighbor dog barks and barks.. and probably the absolute dumbest part of the stay, is to use the hot tub, you have to text the property manager every time you want to turn it on or off.. this feels quite strange and bizarre. I shouldn't have to text and ask for someone to turn on the hot tub, there needs to be an option for the guest to turn on and off at their own discretion. this feels very weird. what else is weird, they have cameras staring at the pool and hot tub, i would NOT feel comfortable bringing my wife or daughter here, definitely feels like someone's creeping on you. overall, this place is way overpriced and not as advertised. this place is by far the dirtiest and poorest kept place I have ever stayed at from VRBO. NOT recommended!!

Great Vegas getaway with friends

Our group of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Vegas. Good Vibes was conveniently located to shopping, the strip and all the outdoor adventures we booked. Plenty of room for all.
