The housekeeper came into my room. I just had gotten out of the shower. She did not knock at all. She just came right in and Im completely naked. I cannot believe how unprofessional the staff was and when I asked for my room to be free they No and said we'll give u 50 % off...lol. Are u frickin kidding me. You just broke into my room unannounced and violated my privacy and your not going to totally refund my money. So I had to call corporate to file a complaint and of course they refunded my money. You just traumatized me. Invaded my privacy and all your going to do is give me half off!!! Unbelievable. I will never stay here ever again and I would advise everyone not to stay here as well. Unbelievable!!

A great place on the surface. Both of us had difficulty sleeping due to the bed and bright night lights. The breakfast was mostly pre-made and not edible. Restaurants are in the area. Pet friendly for an up-charge of $85.

I stayed three nights with my girlfriend, staff was friendly and was able to accommodate us with what we asked for. The room was clean and neat, as well as the seating area downstairs where you eat was. The location was conveniently around shopping centers if you wanted to go shopping or pick up food. Overall a excellent experience and plan on staying there again soon.
