POLICIES/RULES

We strive to give a 5 star experience to all of our guests. We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your Vegas stay. Please reach out if something is wrong to ensure we can get it corrected for you immediately.
(Please note: We appreciate your commitment in following our rules, If the rules are neglected and it leads to a dollar loss to the home you will be responsible for damages.)

* Please NO SMOKING (of any kind) inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio

* No unapproved events or parties - any unapproved taking place on the property will get you and your guests escorted off the property.

* No guests other than the guests on the reservation can be at the house without approval from host/management. If you have more guests than what the post says that the house can accommodate , please discuss with the hosts if there are options within the house to accommodate your amount of guests, we will try to support you in any way we can.

If at any point a key is lost there will be $100 fine
No pets allowed there will be a $200 fine if a pet is in the unit

We are not responsible for loss or damages to your car so please take all valuable items out of your car when parked

You will be held responsible for any damages that occurs in the unit. Please communicate with me if anything breaks.

Please do not disturb anyone in the complex
Do not rearrange furniture, Please leave everything as you see
If there are any maintenance issues please contact me immediately

Keep in mind this is Vegas and the strip is about 8 minutes away you may hear noises from people leaving the strip from partying or just having a good time.

If you are not checked out by 11:00 AM you will be charged another night fee
Ring camera will be on at all times please do not cover or mess with it. If camera is covered that will result in canceling your reservation. You will be asked to leave the property immediately
Please be respectful of your volume if your are playing music through speakers

No excessive trash left, i.e., all trash must be bagged, no trash left on kitchen counters, tables, floors, countertops, etc. Food must be disposed of properly. No trash bags can be left outside of the apartment, at any time.

Quiet place minutes from the strip
We were not looking for a ritzy expensive place to stay. We needed a place to come back to and crash after seeing all vegas had to offer each day without breaking the bank. This place is close to the strip, about 7 minutes by car. It was very quiet. Door to the balcony was broken, but that wasnt a deal breaker. Two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and the main living areas were tidy and roomy enough for our group.

A paint job can only hide so much. They even attempted to paint the tub. So the paint peels off around your feet as you are showering. It works if you really just need a place to crash but we were a little disappointed.

Cherise, Cherise, Cherise...ok all in all the property is cute, clean and generally worked for what I needed. Ok but Cherise, you SHOULD NOT advertise things that are not updated or are a fixture when it can't be utilized. The whole selling point for the listing is the UNUSABLE PATIO.....THE DOOR WAS BROKE ON BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. I did take pictures if you'd like to see. The bedroom ,with the TV, the only usable outlet was either behind the unmovable bed and or behind the floor length mirror . Both bedroom closet doors were broke. The toliet paper roll holder is also broke. And honestly the lock on the front door is a little sketchy and all. I really didn't feel safe with the lock system in place. You may want to find a better place for the key as well, maybe a key rock or something. The gate key didn't work, was almost trapped in the gate....

The area is not too bad, however the patio doors is hard to open, patio brick half wall is unsteady, light plugs not working, no communal bathroom door. I would not stay there again.

Awful
I don’t even know where to start… First the neighborhood is sketchy which includes an extreme amount of nighttime activities not accepted by law. Next, the “security guard” told us that even if we parked in the designated spot our car would be towed. She also let us know that because we were in a Tesla that the people in the neighborhood were already watching us. Real fun first impression. Now for the apartment itself. The cleanliness was subpar with dirt along baseboards and the bath tub paint was peeling. Who even paints a bathtub? Needless to say the price of this place way out of proportion for what you get. Would like at least a partial refund.

Good access to convention center
Stayed here with 3 friends for SEMA at the convention center. Close enough to walk to the center. Apartment was pretty decent. Bedding and towels were limited, make sure to ask for extras. Property manager was very responsive to request. Thanks
