When I booked the room it said it was a non smoking room, even when I checked in the front desk person asked me not to smoke in the room. But when my family and I walked inside the room it smelled like nothing but smoke inside, the sheets had cigarette holes everywhere, sheets also had hairs all over and had to request new ones.
