Very nice place

Hotel is located in very nice place,easy to get from Zagreb.We stay in Sofijin building with the nice views to the town.We enjoy saunas and the pool outside.Most service people were very nice,specially we liked Tina from spa reception.She help us for choosing massages,bath and other wellness scheduling.She is the sweetest and most helpful person in entire hotel.Food in buffet was fresh and tasty.Rooms big,clean,bathroom very interesting and modern design.Just in the future for hotel inprovement ( this is not complain,just sugestion) to have more designe decorations or plants.Because it felt little cold atmosfere in entire hotel.By the pool outside not even one flower or any decoration.We discover a new destination for a future,relax for 2-3 days in a beautiful Slovenia.We would defenetly recommend this hotel and spa.

A wonderful surprise

A pleasant suprise..We booked this last minute due to weather related changes in Zagreb.. The hotel was great... an old building but super modern rooms and a wonderful indoor / outdoor thermal pool / sauna area. Great views, helpful staff, clean rooms and lobby, good wifi, wonderful breakfast buffet with ample healthy choices. Really no cons to thinks of...
