Do not book a stay here if you arrive on the Spirit the same day, reception expected us to cover 100 km in 1 hr by 8.30pm- we disembarked at 7.46pm! We got lost and reception went home rating us as a no show even though we were in contact. We lost our room charge for the night! He could have left the key somewhere.

This boutique hotel has a great location in Launceston. We found the staff to be really helpful, and the room was comfortable with everything you need. There was off-street parking as well which was convenient and welcome. I would recommend it to others and stay again.

A little piece of heaven on the edge of the city. A gracious old building with spacious rooms. I had the executive room, which for one person was a palace. Comfy king bed, a bath, two television and a lounge dining room overlooking the city. And James was just delightful… pointed me to a great dinner venue and a really nice cafe for breakfast.. all within an easy walk. For me the perfect end to a busy week.
