Bit of disinfectant would help

There was a horrible smell in the bathroom. I think it was coming from the drains. Didnt even have a shower it was that bad. Kept door closed except using toilet. Ps reception and bar staff were excellent

Lovely staff, nice food, beautiful room, nice, clean and cosy, location was perfect. Only thing needs improvement is the spa looked really dirty, was yellowish, so didn't feel like using it. Evn the pool looked really dirty, plenty of hair floating around, wud be gr8 if it's cleaned.

Convenient and clean

Very clean room. Great shower and water pressure. Well equipped kitchenette. Staff pleasant at check in and check out. Next to a supermarket but bistro meals are good value.

Always stay here with my grandchildren when we are in Launceston. The units are spacious & well equipped for cooking. There’s an IGA next door & several takeaway options within walking distance or there is an on-site bistro. Kids love the pool too.

Beds need a topper and pest control needed.

The room was ok. The bunks were very small (skinny). The queen bed was very hard and needs a topper for some comfort. Aircon sounded like a loud dishwasher all night but did work ok. Ants were everywhere. Could not leave anything out not even a tea bag. Rooms were otherwise ok. Would stay again if the bugs weren’t there.

Room was very dirty, marks on walls, doors and carpet. Ant issues (ants on our bed) and in the bathroom. Kettle and cutlery (however needed to use the bathroom to fill up the kettle and wash dishes) so we bought take away each night and refused to use the bathroom sink to clean and wash our dishes. Couch had stains. Curtain rod was black (mould or dirt?) spider webs on the walls near bunk beds. Pool was okay, but there were people drinking alcohol in it. Spa was disgusting (would never get in it!)

Short stay before touring around

Very comfortable stay. Close to shops. Easy access to Launceston city centre. Staff friendly and helpful. Sufficent amenities included in unit.
