Nice enough, streetlights shining through the shades and reflecting on the mirror kept the room bright at night. People trying to get through the connecting doors several times. Still a nice place.

The pictures were nothing like the actual accommodation. There was not toilet or bathroom in the room like advertised. Ended up leaving and finding alternative accommodation. Absolutely catfished!

Its a budget accommodation premise, an old public house, with seperate but not shared "shower / toilet" facilities, bed linen and provided towels very clean and fresh, water pressure and hot water VERY variable, often runs cold, so not the best. Depending on room location, can be very noisy, as on main road. Access and stairs to upper floor very steep and could be problematic for older people, doesn't appear to have any disabled access to any second floor rooms. Smells a little musky and I remember on a previous overnight stay,the mice/rats under the floor kept me up all night and I wasn't very comfortable with them running amuck under the floor under my bed ... hope this has been resolved! It's cheap and the beer is cold and the meals downstairs are quite good ... OK for an overnighter, but wouldn't want to have an extended stay. Never leave valuables in the room as the door hardware is not very secure and the quality of the locks make for easy pickings!

clean and despite central location street noise and noise from the pub was not an issue. secure area for the accommodation with keyed entrance made a safe space to stay
