Good location and very helpful, friendly staff. Room clean and tidy, but very basic facilities in room. No safe, no kettle, no iron. Very average for price.

We enjoyed our time in Lausanne. IBIS is located in a great location to access the city by walking or public transit. Our room was quite small, but the shower was large and the air conditioning worked well. The bed was comfy and it was affordable.

Good choice in Lausanne!

We enjoyed our stay at this well-located and clean hotel. The service was also very nice with super helpful and accommodating staff who helped make our first visit to Switzerland much easier! The breakfast was also very good - the only issue was that we came near opening on the first day and found no fresh fruits available - but Day 2 had everything we could want:) The only issue to check is the climate control in your room because the outdoor window does not open, and on our stay the weather turned warm and the room AC did not work properly so it was a stuffy night.
