At 11:30 PM, staff rudely knocked on my door regarding alleged noise complaints from my room, even though I had been asleep for about two hours. They threatened to evict us in the middle of the night if any additional complaints were made. This completely ruined our night—we were only passing through and simply needed to rest. Aside from a few pills on the floor, the room was clean.

Rooms and the entire space are always clean and spotless. Staff is super friendly. Location is close to everything but removed from the main streets so it’s quiet.

The bed was good and the location was good. The bathroom floor needed cleaning in the corners and under the sliding door. At breakfast the milk was curdled and there were no plates. I ate my waffle from a bowl.

Breakfast was comfort food fare, not much in the way of healthy options. Room was clean, thank goodness because during our six day stay, we never received a housekeeper’s visit. Had to track staff down to get towels. Parking was fine, safe area near hospital.

Did not take advantage of breakfast on the theory that if the rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, what must the food be like. 2 trash baskets again never emptied while we were there and without being too graphic, female products can get nasty. Bathroom door routinely got stuck; toilet seat became increasingly loose. Have never stayed anywhere daily cleaning was not offered! Won't be back.
