Light did not work..poor front girl only one..said we could move no light bulb available my husband went down and waited till she could find one..place is dirty and gross sheets are grey so old yuck!! Come on Hampton you can do better!! We prefer Hampton , but not this one..floor is full of stains ..I am sleeping in my clothes with shoes on!!!

This was the worst Hampton room i ever stayed in. The carpets had not been vacuumed and there were numerous spots on the floor some large some small it was necessary to put towels along the floor because it was so dirty and then the Linens were very dingy. The matress was old and not comfortable. I was extremely put out. I asked to speak to the general manager.

Location was good. Needs updating. Refrigerator and microwave are not standard amenities. I have a toddler and needed to get a cooler to keep his milk and snacks.

We checked in around 3:30. Left to go visit with family. Got back to the hotel about 8:00 wanting to finish watching college football and, the tv did not work. The maintenance guy came in our room 5 times in an attempt to fix it. He was unable to and, at 9:30 offered to relocate us to another room. I also woke up with bites all over my arms. I’m still waiting on a call from the manager, Holly.
