The bathroom smelled like a combination of urine and mildew. The floors were not swept and had dead beetles laying around. When I lifted the sheets to check for bed bugs, I found that the mattress was covered in yellow stains. Not sure if it was just not offered or not but no turn down service was provided, so we came back to no clean towels or anything. There was a large crack that spanned the entire length of the closet door and some of the lamps did not work.

Room size and layout was very nice. Couch is getting close to the point of replacement - no longer well supported. Also more attention is needed for carpet maintenance (in our room). Removing the spots in the carpeting would go a long way toward making this location 5 star. Staff were very nice and hotel looks great from the outside.

Black hair and mold I n shower niether of us had black hair...bathroom door looks like it sat in a foot of water and never replaced. Hallway and lobby smelled like mold. Pool looked filthy. Elevator was so scary my Son used stairs. Coffee out of breakfast bar was always luke warm. Staff at front desk always looking at thier cell phones, ignoring people coming in..... Recomend Apache casino hotel, stayed there when we got back.

We stayed at the Hotel from September 24-27, 2025. A very good experience with the hotel, very friendly staff, very varied and good breakfast. What I loved the most was its location where you have all the restaurants and fast food, gasoline pharmacy and shopping very close to the hotel!! An incredible experience if I returned to Oklahoma I would stay here again. Recommended 💯

The only thing that I didn't like, was that since I had a disabled room I was expecting a shower chair for the shower but they only had one in the other room with a roll in shower. Other than that, it was a great stay.
