The flat features a well-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and then onto a lovely south-facing covered terrace. The view is superb: you can enjoy your meals or snacks overlooking the Salses-Leucate lake, whilst also taking in the view of Mont Canigou, a mountain much loved by the Catalans.

In the living room, a sofa bed sleeps 2 people.
The bedroom has a 140cm bed and a wardrobe.
The sleeping area has 90cm bunk beds.

The bathroom has been renovated and is very practical. Separate toilet.

The flat is practical and has several cupboards for storage.
