The kitchenette is furnished with two hot plates, a mini-oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The unit also features a shower and a separate toilet. Air conditioning is available, but heating is not provided in all rooms. On the lower ground floor, there is an additional room with a French bed (140 cm x 190 cm). The terrace measures 7 square meters and includes terrace furniture.
