It comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Close to the Parc des dosses nature park and water-ski lift. Water activities for all. Ideal location to take part in the Mondi du Vent. A water sports paradise with many different spots. Ideal location for the magnificent Barcarès Christmas market. We're waiting for you!

- A kitchenette, open to the living room, equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Mezzanine :
- An attic bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a separate area with two single beds.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot with mattress, washing machine, dishwasher, plancha, Senseo coffee machine with pods.

The house is ideally located in Le Barcarès, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, close to the sea. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
