A bike path is conveniently located at the exit of the residence, making it easy to explore the area.



The house is ideally located for visiting the surrounding attractions. La Rochelle is 67 km away, Royan is 43 km, and Brouage is 19 km. The Château market is just a 10-minute bike ride away, and the beautiful beaches of Vertbois and Grand Village are only 10 minutes by car.



Inside, the house offers a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, and two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is also a shower room and a separate toilet. The garage is perfect for storing bikes, and the garden and terrace are ideal for outdoor meals and relaxation.



The house is well-equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, TV, garden furniture, and a barbecue. Fiber-optic internet is also available for your convenience.
