Many family resorts nearby: Aillons-Margeriaz at 22 km, Savoie Grand Revard at 26 km, Le Semnoz at 30 km. Shops and services 4 km. Old farmhouse typical of the Bauges. Ground floor: entrance, living room-kitchen opening onto a large terrace, library area with piano, bathroom with laundry room (shower), separate WC. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a shower room (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x200 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm and 2 single bunk beds 80x190 cm), separate WC. Sheets + towels included. 1 bag of pellets (15kg) free and the following 10€. Free electric vehicle terminal during the day. Private car park. Old renovated farm on the heights of Châtelard.
