Apartment in a tourist residence with private, secure swimming pool, located on the seafront with direct access to the beach. Sleeping up to 4, our apartment was completely renovated in December 2020 and offers you all the comfort you need for your stay with your family, as a couple or for teleworking.
Very bright apartment (S/O) over 43m2: 1 living room, 1 open kitchen, 1 mezzanine with 2 velux windows, 1 bathroom and 1 terrace of approx. 6m2. All windows face the sea. On 3rd floor with elevator.

- New, comfortable sleeping arrangements: On the mezzanine: 1 double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm) (the beds are on the same mezzanine but separated by a chest of drawers); a sofa bed (140cm) in the living room.
- Fully-equipped kitchen: 2 fridges, 1 small freezer, microwave, oven, vitro hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher.
- New bathroom: Italian shower, wall-mounted hairdryer
- Terrace: table, chairs and plancha facing the sea!
