## Logement
Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, it includes :
- a mountain area with a bunk bed;
- a relaxation area with a sofa bed;
- a functional bathroom;
- and a fully-equipped kitchen.

You'll particularly appreciate its balcony and view.

For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Fan, Oven, Microwave, Senseo coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

Please note that baby cots can be rented at extra cost. Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest's arrival.

The studio is located at the foot of the "Joue du Loup" ski resort, one of the largest in the Southern Alps.
It's open in both summer and winter, with 100 km of marked runs, vertical drops and lifts.

A spa is just 300 m from the building.
The Tourist Office is just a 5-minute walk away to discover the wonders of Dévoluy.

## Emplacement
Dévoluy is one of the most suitable massifs for ski touring, with unique landscapes. The ski area also boasts thirty-five kilometers of cross-country ski trails with a wide variety of viewpoints. Wellness and relaxation centers are also available to visitors.
In summer, outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the high forest trails, the leisure center, downhill mountain biking and horseback riding. In winter, it's time for skiing, with a snowpark ideal for freestyle.
