Pour cette année il y a eu des changements. Senseo qui fonctionne. Prise de la Télévision reskoches mais pas de soucis cette année.rideau tous neufs.bip du parking qui refonctionne bien.donc cette année très bien.

Impression donc moyenne. En outre un volet roulant était en panne et le volet cassé était stocké sur la terrasse, particulièrement encombrant.

Déçu de l'appartement c'est la 2ème fois que je le loue.senseo ne fonctionnait pas.televiseur ne fonctionnait pas,une personne du personnel est venu et devait faire venir quelqu'un mais personne n'est venu.on a trouvé l'antenne télé par nous même au mur derriere le canapé qui tenait par du scotch,Donc pas top pour que ça fonctionne.

Gut geschnittene Wohnung in guter Lage

Gute Ausstattung mit eingen kleinen Mängeln die aber leicht zu beheben sind: Steckdose nähe Kleiderschrank hängt aus der Wand! Abdeckung der Lüftung in der Küche fehlt. Beide zur Verfügung gestellte Ventilatoren haben defekte Standfüße.

Bon appartement, juste la bonne taille pour 2 personnes. climatisation appréciable, notre chien était au frais... La literie est confortable, le canapé moyen. Le balcon est agréable, bien exposé, au soleil le matin, à l'ombre l'après-midi. Il donne sur le parking, ce qui est bien car au calme mais accès direct sur le port au rez de chaussée . Certaines prises de courant seraient à remplacer, ainsi que les rideaux qui sont fatigués. Manque un aspirateur.

Appartement convenable mais dès l'arrivée le volet ne fonctionnait pas du coup bloqué une journée pour la réparation.la télévision n'a plus fonctionné la dernière semaine,impossible de régler les chaînes.essoreuse à salade à changer.sinon dans l'ensemble correcte.

Logement propre, fonctionnel et correctement équipé pour 4 personnes. WC séparés de la salle de bain ce qui est un plus. Nombreux rangements (placards muraux et commode). Le climatiseur est un atout pour ce logement surtout vu les températures estivales. La terrasse est bien pratique. Situé côté parking, les nuits sont reposantes puisque les nuisances sonores du port (cafés, restaurants) sont évitées. Je recommande ce logement.

Très bel appartement mais dont une partie du mobilier devrait être changé car ça commence a tomber en ruine comme le séchoir , les portes manteaux de derrière la porte d'entrée , les stores , les chaises intérieures etc....

Wir haben im April das Appartement gemietet um nebenan am Boot zu arbeiten. Die Lage war ideal. Im Appartement ist alles was man braucht, bis auf einen Wasserkocher. Das Bett ist für sehr große Menschen nicht geeignet, mein 1,83m großer Mann passte aber gerade hinein. Der Balkon ist schön groß und im Sommer wahrscheinlich ideal. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das WLAN war allerdings extrem langsam.
