Joli appartement avec belles et grandes terraces
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement agréable avec cuisine bien équipée. Tout est assez proche de la location, restaurants et autres magasins, le Grau du Roi en passant par la promenade est à 25 minutes de marche, la plage est juste en face. Pas la plus jolie des plages mais sympa tout de même. Je dirai que les seuls problèmes ont été la chaleur dans l'appartement, difficile de faire circuler l'air, et le manque de lingerie qui était prévu au départ et qui a été cessé, malheureusement. Pour des gens comme nous qui voyageons de l'étranger, ceci n'a pas été évident. De plus, nous n'avions pas de wifi ce que je n'avais pas vu sur l'annonce. Mais c'est pas grave, l'appartement reste très charmant et nous nous sommes adaptés comme on a pu.

Bel appartement mais pas climatise
Arrive la samedi nous avons recupere les clefs dans la boite a lettre de la concergerie Foncia . Il n y avait pas de numero sur la porte de l appartement l interieur etait propre mais meuble avec du moblier de recuperation et nous avons surtout souffert de la chaleur car il n est pas climatise en juillet/aout ce ne doit pas etre tenable. L exterieur n etait pas nettoye nombreuses dejections d oiseaux des herbes hautes avaient pousse dans les joints de carrelage il a fallut faire repasser la societe d entretien . Globalement cette location ne merite pas le prix demandee a cause de tous ces problemes surtout celui de la climatisation .

2ème séjour du nouvel an dans cet agréable appartement, notre coup de coeur du Grau-du-Roi. Appartement bien aménagé et équipé pour 3/4 personnes. Bord de mer et vue mer depuis toutes les pièces, belle terrasse. On reviendra!
