Région magnifique, appartement au top

Pour avoir passé une semaine dans ce petit coin de paradis, tout est à la hauteur du descriptif de l annonce. Les propriétaires ont très bon goût. Un appartement cosi décoré avec soin 😊 très fonctionnel. Je le conseille vivement. Belle semaine au bord de mer

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans ce logement. L’appartement est très bien situé et c’est un gros avantage de ne pas avoir à prendre la voiture pour se rendre à la plage. La terrasse est très agréable et nous y avons passé de bons moments. Petit bémol en ce qui concerne les poêles et casseroles qui mériteraient d'être changées ainsi que la literie. La qualité des matelas est très basique. Il ne faut pas être fragile du dos.

Un séjour agréable à 150m de la mer

L’appartement correspond en tous points aux photos présentées sur le site. La proximité de la très belle plage de Pramousquier est un véritable atout. 2 très belles semaines passées aux Pescadieres malgré l état de propreté très contestable à notre arrivée. Problème résolu en direct avec le propriétaire qui a su faire preuve de compréhension.

Un vrai bijou

Nous avons passé un délicieux séjour à Pramousquier. C’est pour nous le plus bel endroit de la côte d’Azur. Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement très agréable, décoré avec goût. Tout a été pensé pour passer un super séjour. Les grandes baies vitrées donnant sur ce petit jardin rendent l’appartement très lumineux et agréable. La proximité avec la plage est un vrai plus, 2 min à pied depuis l’appartement, sans oublier les restaurants de mer et la supérette à côté. Nous n’avons pas pris la voiture une seule fois et avons tout fait à pied. La plage de sable blanc, les rochers ocres, l’eau turquoise nous donnent envie de revenir l’an prochain. Cet appartement en rez-de-jardin est un vrai petit bijou, une belle adresse que nous recommandons à tous nos amis…. Un grand merci à M et Mme Ailloud qui ont été charmants, disponibles et ont su répondre à toutes nos questions.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Die Residenz ist sehr gut gesichert. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung. Der Weg zum Strand kurz (3min.), es gibt dort auch Duschen in der Residenz und einen Platz für Kanus. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, auch Spiele und Ausmalbücher, Klimaanlage mobil. Die Terrasse mit der neuen Markise hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Bucht ist wunderschön mit dem glitzernden Sand. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. L’appartement correspond parfaitement aux photos et au descriptif du site internet. Monsieur Ailloud et sa femme ont répondu à tous nos téléphones sans hésitation. Dans nos échanges de courriels ils ont été aimables et serviables. Le choix des meubles est judicieux et chaque chose à sa place. Nous n’avons relevé aucun point négatif durant notre séjour. Nos enfants ont adorés les lieux: la vérité sort de la bouche des enfants. Bref Pramousquier et cavalière sont des plages de rêve qui n’ont rien à envier au Bahamas. à l'année prochaine.

Nous ne rêvons que d y retourner

Séjour enchanteur dans un appartement confortable et agréablement decore. Le jardin avec accès direct a la mer au milieu des lauriers roses est un atout précieux. Nous avons aimé les petits commerces de proximité et de pouvoir chaque soir aller chercher un plat préparé. Nous avons aussi découvert une plage de rêve au canadien.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour en juin,l'endroit est beau, la proximité de la mer, l'accès direct à la plage à travers la résidence arborée. L'appartement fonctionnel ,bien entretenu ,décoré avec gout est très agréable.Mais la terrasse avec sa végétation a ma préférence.une toile de tente, un mobilier de jardin récents la rendent attractive.J'ai apprécié également la proximité des deux commerces.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement avec sa terrasse paysagée très agréable à vivre et très calme. L'accès à la plage par le jardin de la résidence est un de ses atouts majeurs. qualité du logement pas à la hauteur du prix

Nous avons passé la dernière semaine d'août dans cet appartement. Il ne s'agit pas d'un appartement et d'une résidence de standing. En effet, la rénovation de l'appartement est plus qu'approximatif : - mauvaise pente dans la douche à l'italienne ( inondation de la salle de bain, - porte coulissante des chambres ne fermant pas totalement et laissant passer la lumière du salon, - parasol rafistolé avec des files de fer et bout de bois, - les protections de matelas et oreillers des chambres sont sales. L'appartement reste cependant fonctionnel, bien orienté et a une belle vue sur le massif des maures. Concernant la résidence, l'ensemble est vieux et l'accès à la plage se fait en logeant un fossé non sécurisé contenant des eaux pluviales putrides et nauséabondes. A la piscine il n'y a aucun fauteuil ou transat, seulement le stricte minimum L’accès à la plage se fait rapidement et cette dernière et très agréable. L'environnement est sympa mais manque d'endroit pour aller se balader ou faire des restaurants. Il ne s'agit pas de cavalière mais de Pramousquier qui a beaucoup moins de commodités. En conclusion, l’ensemble reste quand même correct et agréable mais n'est pas en adéquation avec le prix payé pour une dernière semaine d'août, 350,00 euros de trop. PS: au moment de la réservation de l'appartement le propriétaire nous a soutiré 50,00 euros pour payer l'eau et l'électricité, ceci ne figure pas sur le site.
