Beautiful property, manage by owner. Rooms are newly renovated, with modern touch, though some renovated building are from the 15th century. Love the peaceful landscape, with a quiet, small town nearby. Staff were very accomodating. Would come back again if I am ever in this area. Highly recommended.

Hidden gem

Domaine de Prestal is a hidden gem. Great rooms with top quality fittings and our bed was really comfortable. The food and wine were perfect, small plates, top quality and attentive service. Breakfast was again top quality with freshly squeezed orange juice, and the home made brioche aux fruits was heavenly. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, we’ll definitely use it again.

The best place, will be back

Perfect, stunning interior design and comfort. Clean suite with kitchenette. Beautiful country, peaceful setting. They even serve food and cocktails. Can’t wait to go back, the bed was so comfortable the best night sleep. Outside seating.

Having turned up unexpectedly at Domaine de prestal, we were greeted with warmth and kindness on a cold and wet evening. Our room (Simone suite) was spacious and comfortable, and we were very well looked after. in order to sort out a number of matters we stayed a number of days whilst our car was repaired and we were superbly looked after the entire time with translation assitance also! nothing was too much trouble Thank you to bith Ingrid and Nicolas for their hosting. Do not pass up the oportunity to stay at Domain de Prestale if you are visiting or passing through Normandy (just off the A 28) ArrivĂ©s Ă  l'improviste au Domaine de Prestal, nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueillis avec chaleur et gentillesse par une soirĂ©e froide et humide. Notre chambre (Suite Simone) Ă©tait spacieuse et confortable, et nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien traitĂ©s. Afin de rĂ©gler un certain nombre de problĂšmes, nous sommes restĂ©s plusieurs jours pendant que notre voiture Ă©tait rĂ©parĂ©e et nous avons Ă©tĂ© superbement pris en charge tout le temps avec une assistance Ă  la traduction Ă©galement ! rien n'Ă©tait trop leur demander Merci aux deux Ingrid et Nicolas pour leur accueil. Highly recommend a stay at Domaine de Prestal. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The area is very nice in the countryside but at a very short drive to the motorway. 5 stars rating from us!

I Will Be Back

What a truly wondeful find, I picked off the website; the Host could not do enough, the room, bed, bathroom all of a large size. The buildings had been the estate buildings of a large estate which the Host has spend a year changing into this wonderful hotel. I will certainly be going back there, not once but several times.

Le cadre est incroyable, l’extĂ©rieur est entretenu avec possibilitĂ© de se garer et l’intĂ©rieur est vraiment de bon goĂ»t avec un salon cosy, des livres et jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© Ă  disposition, le grand plus Ă  Ă©tĂ© la prĂ©sence d’une cheminĂ©e auprĂšs de laquelle j’ai pu me relaxer et prendre mon dĂźner le soir. Quant Ă  la nourriture (tapas) proposĂ©e elle est de qualitĂ©, le petit dĂ©jeuner est savoureux et est composĂ© de produits locaux, une version salĂ©e est disponible Ă  la demande. Le service Ă©tait exceptionnel j’ai Ă©tĂ© chouchoutĂ© tout le long de mon sĂ©jour ! Accueil chaleureux par le propriĂ©taire qui a Ă©tĂ© poli et serviable, je me suis sentie trĂšs Ă  l’aise comme « à la maison ». Mon seul regret sera de ne pas ĂȘtre restĂ©e suffisamment longtemps pour profiter des prestations de massages disponibles !
