Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool war für die Kinder das Beste. Auch für uns kam er für eine Abkühlung sehr gelegen. Sehr nett. Auf Fragen wird sehr schnell reagiert. Beim CheckIn wäre es sinnvoll vielleicht auf das WLAN einzugehen und darauf hinzuweisen, dass das Tor einfach zugezogen wird. Aber das wurde nachträglich geklärt.Es sind 3 WC's vorhanden, nicht 1, das war sehr erfreulich.Wir waren 7 Erwachsene und 8 Kinder zwischen 0 und 11 Jahren. Das Haus hat l gut ausgereicht. Wir konnten grillen und kochen. Der Kühlschrank ist groß genug, sondern ein relativ großes Gefrier"fach" ist dabei.

Pour une réservation de 20 personnes d'un coût de 870, s'entendre dire qu'on ne se rappelait plus de notre arrivée et faire un état des lieux qui n'en a que le nom.....22 couchages sur 2 étages, 2 Salles de bain,1 piscine, 1 cuisine équipée.....cela à pris 3 minutes (et malheureusement je n'exagère pas).il a même fallu que l'on trouve les produits ménagers pour le ménage du lendemain par nous même...nous avons pensé à une mauvaise blague. Heureusement le site sauve cette pitoyable prestation.Je recommande pour l'endroit, certainement pas pour l'accueil

Non c’è niente che vada bene. Decisamente non adatto ad ospitare grandi gruppi, siamo in 19 e la casa, seppur con 20 letti disponibili, è pensata per 10 persone.Ora faccio un elenco delle cose che dimostrano quanto appena detto:- iniziamo con la cosa più assurda. al check-out ci è stato fatto pagare un divano rotto che noi non abbiamo mai toccato con la scusa del “è fragile”. 300.- all’arrivo c’erano 6 sedie, di cui 2 già rotte.- cucina non fornita.- letti e coperte sporchi, uno schifo indescrivibile.- c’è solo 1 vasca e 1 doccia, per lo più con scarico malfunzionante. - in una camera entra la luce dalla mattina e non si può evitare. - la corrente salta facilmente.- uno dei letti è in sala da pranzo, di fianco ai tavoli.- pentole e piatti sporchissimi.- ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto pagare tutto ciò che rompevamo ma è tutto ai limiti dell’utilizzabile, se non già rotto.- l’unica coperta presente al nostro arrivo aveva una grande chiazza marrone, vi lascio immaginare cosa potrebbe essere.- una delle 3 tavolette (per 19 persone) è incollata con lo scotch.- mancano servizi sanitari, come sapone, stracci, scopa.- vengono fatte pagare le pulizie ma la casa all’arrivo è impresentabile.- wifi non funzionante.- casa mal segnalata.- check-in e check-out un disastro. all’arrivo non si capisce dove andare o qual è la villa. alla partenza abbiamo riconsegnato le chiavi alla figlia piccola dopo che abbiamo citofonato 5 volte e chiamato altrettante. quando ce ne si

Très bon séjour avec ses bémols

Très bon séjour, tous les adultes et enfants ont passé un très bon moment, c'est dommage que certains bémols ont ombragé le séjour. Le plus gros souci pour nous à été la propreté de la piscine. Pas de soucis à l'arrivée, on nous a informé que le nettoyage était fait tous les 3j ou si besoin d'appeler. Après 2j l'eau était trouble et les bords verts donc nous avons appelé pour être mis face à face à une personne abrupte et désagréable. Après un plainte au propriétaire il est bien venu nettoyer la piscine et a promis de revenir après 3j, lorsque nous a ont appelé 4j plus tard il n'avait pas prévu de venir avant le lendemain, donc un plainte supplémentaire qui a réglé ça mais après seulement qques heures dans la piscine l'eau était à nouveau trouble, en effet 14 personnes dans la piscine... Mis à Part cela, la propreté est un peu limite, la vaisselle était sale et tout a nettoyer, la vaisselle et les casserole ne sont pas adéquate et à changer. Manque de vaisselle pour le nombre de personne, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de verre à vin. Le mobilier très limité pour le nombre de personnes. La clim était vraiment la bienvenue avec la chaleur. La petite supérette du coin très pratique et la boucherie très bonne et personnel très sympa. La personne nous aillant accueilli était aussi très sympathique et à disposition et toute interaction avec le propriétaire sympathique et agréable.
