A beautiful villa

Large house with up to 6 bedrooms that can be rented as 2,4 or 6. Fantastic location and a great pool, perfect as a family get away. Good communication from the owners.Within walking distance of the centre of Le Touquet, approx 20 mins walk. The area is very clean and Le Touquet is a bustling town packed with bars restaurants and a great beach. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house very luxurious with heated pool. 20 minute walk to centre 5 minute wlk to golf club. Very clean.

House in LeTouqet

Property we booked was not a single property as we thought we had booked. Had another family with a very small baby in the other half of the property which was not as we had expected. Garden not available due to unfinished building work. Bathrooms generally not finished. Owner did provide an alternative property for the remainder of our stay which was ok.

Villa vétuste, très mal entretenue et sale

Draps humides, odeur de renfermé dans les armoires, odeur de reflux d’égout dans salle de bain, insectes morts et toiles d’araignées à profusion, brosses à cabinet plus qu’usagées, peintures défraîchies, fissures dans les murs, portes ferment mal et sales, traces de saleté sur les murs, traces d’insectes écrasés sur les murs. Pelouse non tondue, jardin non entretenu, meubles de jardin de piètre qualité. Piscine peu ensoleillée mais agréable et en bon état. En résumé, une location à éviter.

Superbe villa spacieuse

Villa très fonctionnelle qui allie modernité et rusticité. La superbe piscine chauffée a fait la joie des enfants. La situation géographique non loin du centre du touquet a permis de profiter également des commerces de Cucq. L’accueil a été très sympathique et très pratique.

Belle propriété assez grande pour venir avec des amis. Peut-être un peu éloignée du centre ville mais la proximité de la nature est agréable. Ravis aussi d’avoir pu venir avec notre chienne. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil et les réponses rapides à nos mails.

Très bon séjour dans cette belle demeure.

La maison est très grande et très belle. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. Trois remarques néanmoins : La pelouse n’était pas tondue Les douches ne sont pas pratiques (baignoire sans rideau, ou baignoire avec rideau trop étroit). La plus pratique donne sur l’extérieur, sans aucune possibilité de masquer la vue. Quelques draps/serviettes sentaient la cigarette.

SUPER WEEK-END

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis dans cette jolie villa. Un 10/10 pour la personne qui gère ce bien, merci encore à vous. Par contre il est dommage que la maison est été rénovée que partiellement. Elle pourrait être tellement top avec des meubles un peu moins rustique dans le salon et les chambres. Le jardin qui doit être superbe ainsi que la terrasse sont laissés un peu à l'abandon c'est dommage. J'ai préféré faire rentrer mes amis par la cuisine que par la porte principale c'est pour dire. La vaisselle serait aussi à renouveler, c'est tout bête, rien que 8 ou 10 mugs identiques pour le petit déj etc seraient tellement mieux. Voilà ce sont des petites remarques pas méchantes qui pourraient assurer un séjour plus agréable. Valérie

Séjour pluvieux mais séjour heureux !

Nous avons passé un long week-end de 4 jours dans cette magnifique villa rénovée au mois de juin, pour l'anniversaire surprise de mon conjoint. Le contact avec Marie-Line est très bien passée, propriétaire à l'écoute de nos demandes (lit parapluie et chaise haute pour bébé), très réactive et très agréable. La maison est idéalement située, pas loin du golf, du centre équestre et du centre ville, tout en restant au calme grâce à la forêt. Elle est largement assez spacieuse pour 8 adultes, le + 3 chambres sur 4 ont leur propre salle de bain ! Le stationnement est très facile et clos, les radiateurs en fonte chauffe très bien la maison.... Bref, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison. Peut-être juste rajouter une machine à laver pour des séjours plus longs ? Mais le reste était parfait.
