Located on the south coast of the Rhuys peninsula, this lovely new house, designed to accommodate 8 people, welcomes you. Midway between Rouvran beach and Banester beach, it is the ideal place for a seaside holiday, and everything can be done by bicycle.



You enter this beautiful 110 m² house through the large open ground floor room, in a TV lounge furnished in a contemporary style, with its comfortable and modern sofa. Then, you discover a beautiful wooden table with a rustic top but modern style, around which 8 cosy and colourful seats invite you to sit down for a good meal. But before treating yourself, you'll need to go through the large brand new kitchen. Very well equipped, you will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a ceramic hob, as well as a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a Nespresso pod coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster are also at your disposal.



This level is completed by a shower room, an independent toilet, and a first bedroom with a Queen size bed (160/200).



Upstairs, you will find a bathroom with a bathtub and a second independent toilet. Three bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed, welcome you for a good night's sleep. Two of them have a desk, for teleworking or holiday homework.



Another asset of this house is its enclosed garden, which allows children to play peacefully while adults bustle around the plancha to prepare delicious grills, to be enjoyed on the wooden terrace.



For added comfort, the house has a washer-dryer, a hairdryer, and a garage that can accommodate bicycles. You can park in front of the garage.
