Full of charm, the villa combines authenticity (Caribbean-style barbecue, patio for lounging in the pool, garden) and comfort (air conditioning in the three bedrooms, fitted kitchen, TV).

The pool 5 x 3m, equipped with an automatic cleaning system is ideal temperature all year round. Since the hut 6 × 4m Attached you will enjoy the magnificent view to the west on the countryside and the lake, east of the hills and the Atlantic Ocean.

The site itself is quite exceptional: the beach of the Pointe Faula, one of the most beautiful of the island, is only 5min. Main spot of Martinique for water activities, you can practice kitesurfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, jet skiing or even rent a boat. Ideal for children with its shallow lagoon, the beach offers the opportunity to relax in peace.

You will also discover the charming city of Vauclin, with its authentic market facing the sea: fruits, vegetables, fish all fresh sins lobsters. It was also Vauclin you will find shops, services and restaurants. The area itself is full of places to visit (the Sailor, first marina in the Caribbean is 8km away) and activities (starting point of the coastal hiking trails, tree climbing, mini golf riding centers offering rides riding along the beaches).

Les photos de l'annonce font rêver. L'emplacement et le lotissement sont agréables, et la maison a beaucoup de potentiel. La communication a été facile et efficace. Le seul point négatif est que globalement un bon coup de maintenance/raffraichissement serait nécessaire à la totalité du bien afin de retrouver les prestations attendues depuis les photos (salles de bain, joints, mobilier....)

Séjour dans l'ensemble agréable

Nous avons passé Noël dans cette charmante maison. Le quartier résidentiel est calme. Possibilité de partir marcher dans les environs. Nous avons été un peu déçu en arrivant car les photos laissaient présager que la maison était installée au bord d'un lac et que l'espace autour de la maison était plus grand. Par ailleurs le wifi ne fonctionnait presque pas et dans certaines pièces de la maison il n'y en avait pas du tout. Dans l'ensemble malgré ces petits points négatifs nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La ville du Vauclin est ne ville très agréable!

Villa idéalement située, à 5 mn en voiture du VAUCLIN, dans un quartier très calme avec autour un paysage magnifique, calme et reposant. Sommes venus dans le cadre d'un séjour en famille. Endroit très ventilé, n'avons donc pas du tout été gênés par les moustiques. Villa très confortable, moderne et bien équipée dans laquelle on se sent bien tout de suite et décorée avec goût. Emplacement idéal qui permet de rayonner facilement un peu partout sur l'île. Endroit parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent pratiquer des sports nautiques à la Pointe Faula : kite surf, planche à voile... Avons également beaucoup apprécié l'accueil qui nous a été réservé par la propriétaire (bouteille de rhum) et la gentillesse de Sandra. Dans l'espoir de peut-être pouvoir y revenir un jour, Merci pour tout ! Nous ne manquerons pas de recommander cette villa autour de nous. Séjour réussi garanti !

Belle villa au calme

Nous avons beaucoup aimé séjourner dans cette villa moderne au calme, bien équipée. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et les terrasses sont spacieuses. Son orientation offre une très belle vue sur le lever de soleil et sur la baie du Vauclin au loin. Elle est située sur une colline très ventilée, ce qui fait qu'il y a très peu de moustique. Merci à Mme Arminjon pour son accueil.

Excellent séjour dans une villa spacieuse

Très belle villa, tout confort, belles terrasses, piscine propre et entretenue, située dans un site légèrement en hauteur ce qui est appréciable le soir; cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée; climatisation appréciée; pas de moustiques. Seule petit bémol: le WC situé dans la salle de bain "attribuée" à deux des 3 chambres aurait mérité d'être isolé.

sejour en famille (2adultes, 3 ados) en avril

Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa pendant 6 jours. L'accueil de Mme Arminjon est parfait (merci pour la bouteille de rhum offerte), la villa est parfaite, très logeable et très fonctionnelle. On a beaucoup apprécié la piscine qui permet de se détendre le soir, la clim dans les chambres. Sa position fait qu'il y a toujours de l'air, la chaleur n'est pas étouffante. La vue est magnifique sur les champs de bananes et une petite vue mer. L'équipement est très bon, il y a tout le nécessaire (un wifi hyper rapide notamment). Enfin, nous n'avons pas eu de moustique malgré la proximité d'un petit étang. Bref nous conseillons vivement cette location !

Très belle villa, bien équipée et très propres . Au calme et à 2 min du centre ville où on peut faire ses courses dans les petits libre service. Boulangerie à proximité. Discrétion des propriétaires. Bien ventilé. Repos garantie.
