Consider this house your home away from home while you visit the Lead/Deadwood area. This hillside property features three spacious bedrooms with three queen beds, futon, and pull out couch. It is perfect for families or groups and will accommodate 8+ people. Guests will appreciate the clean, cozy look of the home and find it a quiet, comfortable place to eat, relax, and sleep. Two bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer, bath towels, and hygiene products for added convenience. The kitchen is equipped with the basic cooking necessities, a crock pot, ice machine, and coffee pot to help lower meal costs. Heat and air conditioning keep the house comfortable no matter the season. The front outdoor area holds a relaxation area with patio furniture. This home sits on a side hill, overlooking the open cut and city of Lead for a spectacular view. Pets are NOT allowed inside the home due to an allergy situation, but can be kept outside for a fee. It is expected that you pick up after your pet. leaving the yard clean for others. Transportation is available from Lead to Deadwood, which provides a safe and affordable way to go to and from the gaming town. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring the Black Hills or attending one of Deadwoods many events, this clean, simple house has everything you need to enjoy your time in the Black Hills. PLEASE NOTE: There are 12 steps leading up to the home. Parking in the Lead/Deadwood area is somewhat difficult due to steep, narrow streets. Parking for our property is along the street a block from the home. Prices are adjusted due to these restrictions.
