Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, Your Place features 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a private en suite full bathroom and a TV. Every bedroom includes a king bed, and two of the bedrooms also feature twin over twin bunk beds, making this home ideal for both adults and kids. An additional 2 half bathrooms provide extra convenience for larger groups.

The heart of the home is the open concept living area featuring a cozy gas fireplace, oversized kitchen with plenty of seating, and everything you need to prepare meals after a day of exploring. Need to catch up on work? A dedicated workspace with desk makes remote work easy.

The fun continues in the massive garage game room. Gather around the full bar, challenge friends to ping pong, shuffleboard, or darts, and enjoy your own private entertainment space regardless of the weather.

Step outside to relax in the private hot tub, gather around the gas fire table, or enjoy meals together on the spacious patio dining area while taking in the fresh Black Hills air.

As more and more people are visiting the Black Hills, the area is continuing to expand. We are excited that more people are falling in love with our area but unfortunately this means there is construction going on near the property as others build their own properties. Please be patient with us as this is frustrating for us too but ultimately out of our control.
