Considering it's advertised as B&B, there was no host to greet you neither there's any breakfast; just some frozen bread, some yogurt, and 2 boxes of juices in the fridge. Coffee was really bad/weak, even though it was kurig - very weak. Drinking water ran out also second day. Getting hot water in shower took ages and that too was barely warm. On a positive note, very clean property and convenient location. Really liked the front porch, where I sat, had my cigar, and relaxed.

There was no reception, we couldn't get in and had trouble calling a real person for the entry code. Breakfast was a packaged muffin, frozen bread, and NO water to make our own coffee. Our room was very small. Overall, this was not a "b&b". It is a nice house. Unfortunately there is no service.

Clean & Updated, but limited Breakfast.

Getting to the lodging was difficult due to road construction right in front of the property. Wish the owner had given updated directions around the construction. Getting in and out of the property was easy, but never did meet the owners. The historic home was clean and updated. This property is marketed as a B&B, but the breakfast is lacking - cereal, k-cups and store-bought baked goods.

Our codes didn’t work to get in the house because we were given wrongs ones and it wasn’t until the last day of our stay that was resolved. The bathroom had a horrible mildew smell and shower had a clump of someone’s hair that was not ours. No stoves to make food and just granola and cereals for breakfast. I thought bed and breakfast would have BREAKFAST lol.

The room was immaculate and the house was beautiful, but bed and breakfast it is not. We did not see hide nor hair of our hosts and no breakfast was served apart from some containers of cereal and keurig coffee cups left out for guests. Our room air conditioning was broken and it was consistently hot in our room during a late autumn heat wave. We contacted the managers via message but go no response about either the breakfast or the air conditioning.

Loved everything about our stay other than a couple of things, need bigger garbage cans and daily checking/restocking of the food. The other couple that stayed at the first night wiped out all the muffins and didn't leave any for us

Beautiful property, quite charming. But I guess there was a glitch with the booking system from Expedia and I have never received entry instructions prior, luckily when I arrived another guest had already done the leg work for me and got the contact information or else it would’ve been quite the frustrating experience. It’s my first bed and breakfast, but I guess I expected some staff on site, some sort of continental breakfast put out in the morning aka “breakfast” to coincide with “bed-and-breakfast”.. however there was a refrigerator with some bread in the freezer which I didn’t use. Currently there’s a lot of construction on the road, so all the noise and the constant backup beeping from the equipment had everyone awake at 7 AM… which of course isn’t the fault of the establishment. Overall good stay, just hoped for the true bed-and-breakfast experience otherwise I would’ve stayed at a hotel.

The property itself was quite nice. The room was very clean and the bathroom was modern and clean. Parking was simple and enough space for all cars. Check-in was easy to follow. The hallway lights would be better on a motion sensor, as the light comes into the room all night through the cracks around the door. Individual climate controls would be nice, as it was pretty warm in the room at night even with the window open. The “breakfast” was minimal at best. There were 5 cereal containers on the shelf but only one had enough in it to make a bowl. We spent some time watching TV in the lounge at night and we heard the owner in the private area, so we were a little surprised that the breakfast was not fully stocked.

The house and room was very clean. We did have trouble with key room code , but a quick call and the problem was fixed. The room had a huge bright bathroom. There was a good selection of continental breakfast stuff.
