**Deep Water Lake Home**

Welcome to Vista Volente! This gorgeous family friendly lakefront luxury home located in the quiet Village of Volente! This home is a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home with spectacular views of Lake Travis from almost anywhere in the house or from the multiple covered decks and entertaining areas that adorn the property. Full deep water lake access is waiting for you to enjoy swimming, boating and fishing all year long regardless of lake level. Infinity pool and hot-tub are perfect for enjoying the sunset or sipping a glass of wine at the swim up bar. Enjoy a meal with family and friends at the poolside outdoor kitchen or some smores around the fire-pit lakeside! You will have an unforgettable vacation here in this luxurious family friendly modern home. Downtown Austin is only 40 minutes away. Pets are welcome with prior approval.

The main level of the home has beautiful hardwood floors with an open kitchen and living space. Sink into the stylish comfortable furnishings and take in the spectacular panoramic view of Lake Travis through a wall of floor to ceiling windows. A flat-screen Smart TV and fireplace and second sitting area complete the space.

Adjacent to this is an open concept chef's kitchen including a large island with granite counter top and comfortable seating for 4. New state of the art stainless steel appliances including a wine cooler offer gourmet cooking opportunities while you look out at the lake. The dining room seats 10.

Relax on the two levels of covered decks with outdoor seating and hammocks overlooking the lake. There is also a gas grill and outdoor dining table for 6 available on first deck with a pass through window directly to the kitchen.

Bedroom number one on the entry level has a private bath and a king bed.

Bedroom number 2 on the lower level has a king size bed, dedicated work space, flat screen smart TV, lake views and access to the second level deck. Bedroom 3 has a comfy queen size bed, lake views and access to the second level deck. There is a full Hollywood style bath shared by these two rooms.

Bedroom 4 is a bunk room with two queen beds plus two single beds. This room has a flat screen TV and a private bath.

Below 2nd deck is the beautiful infinity pool and hot tub complete with swim up bar and sun platform. Additionally, there is an outdoor kitchen/living room space adjacent to swim up bar which includes ice maker and high end gas grill/rotisserie.

Stairs lead down to a beautiful rock patio with a firepit. Beyond the patio is a private boat dock with one slip, jet ski lift, 2 kayaks, and a trapeze swing for your use.

Perfect Family Getaway

We enjoyed a lovely long weekend celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary. The house is very well appointed with everything you need! Communication was great and we had no issues. If only August in Texas was a little cooler

AMAZING HOME - PERFECT VACATION

This home was just beautiful with breathtaking views of Lake Travis. The place was equipped with every thing we needed, right down to tin foil and spices! My entire family (11 of us) had an amazing time. The host was wonderful and accommodating. I would definitely come back!

Overall quite good. Very, very hot! and the A/C did not work very well, could use some freon. The pool made it worth while and nice to be on deep part of the lake. Plumbing issues, but the property manager worked hard to fix timely.

Great Lake house!

Beautiful house on the lake. The pictures provided are very accurate. It’s incredibly well appointed with anything and everything you could need. The home owner is also AMAZING to work with. Super responsive, helpful and accommodating. We had a boat pick us up at the dock one day which was amazing. And the pool is really nice! The only negative was the internet/Wi-Fi. Everyone in our group had issues with it and ultimately couldn’t use it. Other than that, great house and great owners!

Best family get together ever

We rented this fabulous house for a family vacation. The house was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Everyone loved the pool and hottub. Fantastic Lake Travis Home

This is the perfect location to host a family/friend gathering on lake travis. the house was beautiful, well maintained, had all the kitchen items we needed, two BBQ's, an ice maker and one of the best infinity pools/hot tubs overlooking the lake. Group of friends - Great weekend

The contactless check in went smoothly, the house looked spotless, the pool and hot tub were just as pictured. We used the dock slip to go out on the water with one of our boats and rented a party boat from the marina, which was a 10 min boat ride from the house. Marisa was easy to connect with if she needed anything from us or vice versa. One of the best rental experiences I've had - thanks again Marisa!

No detail overlooked

Every question I would’ve had was answered before I arrived, in the welcome book, or easily figured out. Plus, the homeowner was always available and kept me posted on every detail. This Lake Front Vacation Rental is the BEST!

Marisa, Oh my gosh, what an amazing place. Thank you SO much for having us and sharing your spot. We had a blast and everything was even better than imagined. The pool was fantastic and just what the doctor ordered. We cooked a fantastic gourmet meal and the kitchen had everything we needed. If you could have seen our 40 year old selves flying off the trapeze at the boat dock

it was definitely a sight and hilarious. We rented a pontoon from Riviera Marina and they picked is up and dropped us off at the dock as well which was so convenient. The bedrooms were comfortable.
