Basement room contained no windows, floor was sticky, hair in cup. Bad smell in room. Was charged by the hotel on arrival despite having a prepaid room, have contacted the hotel directly and via Expedia who advised I was charged in error and would receive a refund but almost 2 weeks later I have still not received a refund.

Room was exceptionally clean. Staff was ready to help with anything we needed. We were in a basement apartment, which worked well with our pet. The only thing was being able to hear flushing from the upstairs unit. And only one chair at the table. I’m sure if we would’ve Thank you for the stay.

Room was standard hotel room for a higher price, loved the drink tokens, easy parking and access. Front desk staff was super nice and efficient. Just seemed a little pricey for a small room and the other guests were very noisy.

This is the best hotel choice in Leavenworth! Clean, cool, pet friendly, good price, comfortable room and space, nice employees. The bathroom was beauitful, the bed and kitchen comfy and usable, the available coffee very handy. If you must stay at a hotel with the "free" breakfast (for almost twice the price), go for it. But for us The Leavenworth Local is the only place to stay!

Very cool building for a unique stay. I loved all of the fact boards that they posted throughout the hallways. I would say that the only negative was our room was next to a connecting room and you could hear the people in the other room pretty clearly.
