Quarterboard Cottage -A Wonderfully Unique Cabin

Welcome to Quarterboard Cottage, a small-scale Shaker-style sanctuary in the Ponderosa Estates. The cabin resides near the Wenatchee River and is located just 20 minutes from downtown Leavenworth, giving you the pleasure of being immersed in nature without having to give up easy access to any Bavarian happenings. Being a short drive from Lake Wenatchee State Park and only 30 minutes from Stevens Pass Ski Resort, adventure can be found around every corner, you just have to come seeking it!

Bring along some board games and settle around the electric fireplace with the ones you love most, or cater to your fellow visitors in the unique outdoor dining area complete with power and ceiling fans for those warm summer evenings. The quant kitchen comes stocked with everything needed to prepare a home-cooked meal in your home-away-from-home, and the Plain market is just down the road if you find yourself needing any special ingredients. Upstairs is the queen bedroom, featuring both a queen mattress and sofa bed, is surrounded by knotty pines and gives guests the warm cabin feeling they escape here to experience. You'll also find a futon both in the common area and upstairs. With a large, fully fenced yard just off the back porch, you can even bring your four-legged companions along for the fun. We look forward to hosting you all!

Two pull out beds and no sheets Thankfully we only needed one of the pullout beds made due with blankets and other available bedding but definitely not the attention to detail to get a 5star.Fenced yard was great for dogs but other amenities were a lacking for a kiddo. Has WiFi, but no WiFi enabled televisions. DVD Library is not kid friendly if you end up stuck indoors.

Very comfy cabin! Extremely quiet area! Slept in every single day-not our norm…but loved it. Had everything we needed except a deck of cards for a game of cribbage but we bought some. The drive from Leavenworth to the cabin was worth it so peaceful and scenic. Beautiful time of year.Close enough to Plain to pick up delicious dessert from super friendly Old Mill Cafe or a 4 pack of beer from the market. Would stay here again!
