When you enter, you'll be met by not only the view of the river through floor-to-ceiling windows, but also by the two-story, river rock gas fireplace gracing the living room. Comfy sofas surround the fireplace and provide a relaxing spot to enjoy a conversation or your favorite movie on the big screen television.

The chef's kitchen offers all the appliances and cooking amenities you'd expect - gas cooktop and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and espresso coffee maker. You'll find plenty of pots, pans and dinnerware to satisfy the most ardent cook in your group. There's even a breakfast bar so guests can enjoy their morning coffee and, later, watch dinner being prepared while chatting up the cook.

When staying at White Water Lodge, you'll have six bedrooms to chose from. On the main level, the Tumwater, one of two primary bedrooms, features a king-sized bed, a private bathroom and access through the dining area to the deck.

On the upper level, there are four bedrooms: the Osprey, with a queen bed, its own primary bathroom, a fitness area with rowing machine and a Peloton, and private seating area; and the second primary bedroom, the Breakwater, with a king bed and private bath; the Otter includes two queen beds; and the Riffle has one queen. There's a shared bathroom for the Otter and the Riffle.

The private bathrooms in both primary bedrooms feature dual sinks, large soaking tubs, showers with glass enclosures and heated tile floors. Other bathrooms have showers or a shower/tub combination.

On the lower level, you'll find one more bedroom, the Eddy, with a queen bed, private bathroom and patio access.

In addition to the stunning location, luxurious bedrooms and baths, there are many other rooms inside the house to entertain you, including a large gathering room, with a pool table. A Peleton bike and Concept2 rowing machine are available for your use. When using the Peleton, you can join as a guest or use your personal logon to keep a record of your workout.

When it's time to watch your favorite movie, head into the home theatre room with surround sound, a large projection system and lounge style chairs.

Outside, upper and lower decks with seating provide views of the river and Icicle Canyon. Or you can jump in the hot tub, close your eyes and listen to the river rushing by.

If you are inclined to, take the short drive - or even walk - to Leavenworth and all that the Bavarian Village has to offer, like restaurants, breweries, festivals, wine tasting and tourist attractions. The Adventure Park is a treat for families, with its Tumwater Twister Alpine Coaster, climbing wall and trampoline. Bike tours and carriage rides around the town are also great fun.

Due to Chelan County Short-Term Rental restrictions, occupancy is strictly limited to eight people, including children. Parties of more than eight are subject to immediate eviction. Sorry, pets are not allowed at this property.

During the Spring and Summer, enjoy the scenic views as well as the village events that are great for the warm weather. The Bavarian Maifest in May celebrates Spring where wildflowers are blooming and the apple & pear blossoms are coming alive. Every weekend during the month you'll find fun activities for all.

Autumn in the Bavarian Village means Oktoberfest for three weeks straight. The village fills with people coming together to celebrate all things BEER! Aside from the beer, there's plenty of live music, German foods, and arts & crafts.

Winter in the Bavarian Village of Leavenworth is quite the sight to see. Throughout the village, there are Christmas Lighting Ceremonies, as well as live music and tons of entertainment. January features Winter Karneval activities for the entire month.

RENTAL PERMIT

This home operates under Chelan County short Term Rental Permit #STR000190 which limits occupancy to no more than eight (8) guests in or on the property at any time, and maximum four (4) vehicles. If occupancy or vehicles exceed those limits, the County requires all occupants to depart immediately permanently. Thee would be no refund or credit.

MANAGED: Property requires good behavior and adherence to instructions, house rules, terms, conditions, onsite instructions, and may require online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Instruction including access will be sent by email. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. If dogs are allowed, they must be approved in advance, with a quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. Bookings over 30 days or longer are with Prospera VIP.
