Située dans un petit lotissement construit en 2022, cette charmante villa 3 chambres est idéale pour des vacances en famille réussies !

Moderne et meublée avec gout, elle se compose d'un séjour cuisine équipée, de 3 chambres dont une parentale avec salle de douche et wc et d'une 2 ème salle de douche et un wc séparé. La villa est entièrement climatisée.
Coté extérieur, une grande terrasse en bois donne sur une belle piscine chauffée (sur demande selon la période) protégée par un volet roulant.
Le terrain est entièrement clôturé et dispose d'un portail électrique.
Bien que la villa se trouve dans un lotissement, celle-ci n'a aucun vis-à-vis direct.

La villa est située à environ 10 minutes de la plage de Saint-Cyprien et seulement 3 minutes à pied des premiers commerces (boucherie, SPAR, tabac presse ...).
La ville de Porto-Vecchio se trouve à environ 15 minutes.

Linge de maison en option à régler sur place.
