The hotel and rooms were excellent, clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful the only let down was at breakfast. It was manic! Limited staff to restock, cook and cear away tables. Food was cold due to waiting for items to be cooked. Drinks machines ran out and the whole layout just didnt work.

Stayed for a week and a half. Great location, cozy apartment. Breakfast was pretty good - only ran out of things a couple of days. Friendly service, comfy bed, huge TV, good kitchenette. Would definitely stay again.

Room was great, 9th floor, nice apart-room. Easy to find, lifts all great, clean room, ac could do with more reactive and the auto light on in the bathroom is annoying at night to other guests in the room. Breakfast organisation was poor. Almost too many guests and not enough organisation or food.

The room was spotless and very spacious. Let down by breakfast. Dirty tables, food not being replenished. Hot food was cold. Plenty of staff around but a few seemed to not be doing a great deal. Lots of people complaining regarding the breakfast service and facilities.

Spacious, clean and comfortable. The room had everything that you could need from crockery, dishwasher, hairdryer to a bottle opener. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and the pillows were like clouds. Just a perfect stay and we will return
