Centrally heated throughout with underfloor heating to the ground floor.

Stone flag floors and original oak beams adorn the living and dining area which boasts a leather electric recliner sofa oak and mahogany furniture combined with modern lighting flat screen tv and unlimited wifi throughout the property.

Stepping up into the kitchen area guests enjoy a fully equipped solid oak food preparation area with star galaxy granite worktops housing cooker ceramic hob washing machine tumble dryer fridge freezer larder storage area wine rack microwave DAB radio fryer toaster juicer pots pans crockery cutlery and belfast sink.
