Pretty bad hotel. We were put in room 101, which is a non-smoking room, but it smells so badly of cigarettes and you can especially tell in the bathroom. The bathroom has cracked walls and black stuff in the cracks. I don't even think the room is cleaned unless its visibly soiled. Tub was dirty. There are brown stains on the bed under and on the sheets. The door doesn't have a proper seal, so there is a crack that you can see through into the room on the edge. Hard water. Staff and breakfast was ok. I don't understand how this hotel has a 9/10 rating. Room 101 was disgusting and not worth 100+ USD per night.

Would have given 5 stars on facilities, but gave 4 only due to two small issues. One, the treadmill in fitness center was broken and two, no way to turn on pool light (if there is one) for grandkids. With it getting dark earlier, pool lights would be helpful. Otherwise we always stay here when in town and service is always great with clean rooms.

I like my room it was very clean. The only thing I didn’t like was that I could smell the cigarette smell on my pillows. I had a non-smoker room. I just didn’t like the cigarette stinch on the pillows.

CAFE ATTENDENT REALLY CARES ABOUT YHE QUALITY OF THE BREKFAST. SHE HAND MAKES EVERYTHING AND HAS THE BEST BISQUIT GRAVY IVE EVER HAD. ACTUALLY PUTS MEAT IN HER GRAVY. AND COFFEE IS LEFT AVAILABLE ALL DAY, THEY WILL EVEN MAKE YOU A FRESH POT IF YOU WANT COFFEE AND THE CONTAINERS ARE EMPTY.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. My husband retired from the Army recently. We needed a room off and on for several weeks. Not only for us but for out of town guests. SureStay was amazing. We stayed in 3 different rooms. All were comfortable and very clean. The property is clean and quiet. Right next door is an amazing restaurant. It is one of the best stays we have ever had. The only thing that could use a bit of improvement is their breakfast offerings. It is basic and good, but a few more choices would be nice. But that is small in comparison to everything else that is amazing about this property.
