AELIA HOUSE - HELIOS - With The Power Of Sun & The Simplicity Of The Olive Tree

Two stylish residences hidden among lemon trees and olive groves, fully equipped, will make you feel at home throughout your stay. “Helios” is a beautiful 33 m2 house that can host up to 5 guests. It consists of a unified space with kitchen and living room, separated by a small divider, one bedroom and one bathroom. It’s suitable for families with kids or a group of friends.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hotplates, fridge-freezer, cooking utensils, cutlery, filter coffee maker, sandwich toaster, Kettle, small hand-held blender and a microwave oven. At the same area there is a 4 person dining table where you can enjoy your meals.

Α welcoming gift waits you offering whatever you will need for breakfast for 3-4 days long.

In the living room there are two couches, which can transform into spacious single beds, a coffee table and a TV set.

The bedroom includes a large double bed, a built-in closet, where you can find a pair of blankets for cooler nights and extra pillows, a night lamp and a mosquito repellent machine. There is also an iron and iron board as well as sewing utensils.

A baby playpen can be provided upon request.

The bathroom covers all the basic necessities like bathtub, hair-dryer, soap etc.

“Helios” provides solar water heater for plenty hot water all day long, and air conditioner in every room. Cleaning of the premises and changing of the linen and towels is performed
every tree days.
