Villa Kipseli is our new addition to our villa collection. Combining the absolute elegance, comfort and the traditional beauty, Kipseli, Gyri, Kerithra and Melissi villas welcome you to your dreaming vacation.

Kipseli, Gyri, Kerithra and Melissi villas, almost hidden in the green landscape, offer you the absolute scenery to relax and enjoy the magic of natural beauty with utmost privacy and hospitality.

Kipseli Villa is a brand new construction of 50sqm and it is comprised of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, leading directly to the outdoor area where our guests will find a swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a barbeque area, an outdoor dining table, and sunbeds for lounging. This villa accommodates 2 adults and also 2 children as there is a sofa which can convert into a bed which sleeps 2. In the living room there is a 43' smart TV. The living room and the bedroom are equipped with air condition units. There is also a cot and a high chair for babies.
There is parking space to accommodate two cars. It must also be noted that this villa is surrounded by greenery for privacy. The view from the outdoor area is absolutely magical.

Daily cruises which depart from Nidri to nearby islands such as 'Scorpios', 'Meganisi', 'Ithaca' and 'Kefalonia'.
Observing or taking part in paragliding in 'Exanthia' village from the popular 'Rachi' restaurant or 'Fly me' bar where you can enjoy your meal or drink. How about staying a little longer to observe the orange drenched sun go down.
It's certainly advisable to visit the blue flag beaches such as 'Mylos' , 'Kathisma', 'Porto Katsiki' , 'Kavalikefta' and 'Egremni' beaches along the west coast of the island. Definitely impressive to say the least!
Kite and wind surf 'buffs' are able to enjoy their beloved sport at 'Agios Ioannis' beach or 'Vasiliki' bay where the weather conditions are ideal.
It is also well worth visiting the waterfall in 'Nidri'.
