Perfect for families, two families sharing, or groups of friends, the main villa sleeps 8 in four ensuite, air-conditioned bedrooms, with an optional one-bedroom cottage available for groups of 9â10.
Inside, the villa blends modern comfort with carefully curated antiques and artwork. The open-plan lounge features comfortable sofas, a fireplace with log burner, 50â smart TV (supports your Netflix / Amazon Prime accounts) a DVD player and high-quality Bluetooth speakers.
The granite-topped, fully equipped kitchen includes American-style fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and bean-to-cup espresso machine. Dining options include a solid wood interior table for eight and a shaded outdoor dining table for ten beneath a pergola.
Multiple outdoor spaces let you relax and socialise while enjoying the Ionian vistas: a spacious terrace, shaded open-sided lounge with starlight lighting for 10, a 7m heated (May & October) infinity pool, six-seater hot tub, poolside pergola, pool bar, BBQ, loungers, and oversized beanbags. The gardens incorporate olive and citrus trees, seasonal wildflowers, and are screened for privacy.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Main villa: All ensuite - 1 super-king, 2 king, 1 twin (can be made up as a king). Two master bedrooms: one on the ground floor with terrace access, one upstairs with private terrace. Cots/fold-up beds for 2 young children available on request.
Cottage: 1 king-size bedroom with ensuite, mini-kitchen, and sitting room, ~50m from the main house, available for an additional cost.
Safety & Security:
Four external security cameras ensure peace of mind: one Ring doorbell at the front door, another at the Cottage door. Three cameras covering the parking, the driveway, and one overlooking the path to the pool terrace. Cameras are for security only, maintaining your privacy throughout your stay.
Luxury & Comfort:
Air-conditioned bedrooms, luxury linens, softened water, and fully tiled bathrooms with marble or granite vanities.
A 6.6Kw solar array and solar thermal water heating provide a carbon-neutral, sustainable stay.
