Villa “Olive” is a three-storey luxury home and consists of 3 en-suite double bedrooms, large living room with a fireplace, open kitchen and a dining-room. The villa also has a utility room with a washing machine, iron and iron board. The house has verandas and balconies with panoramic views to the Ionian sea, Nidri village, Vlycho Bay and to the islands (Scorpios of Onassis the Famous Magnate Shipping, Meganissi and Ithaca). The villa has 2 private swimming pools (separate for adults and kids), garden and Private Parking. The villa is fully air-conditioned and Self-catering.

The villa is located just five minutes (by car) from the beach. Balcony and veranda for al fresco dining. Ideal for families seeking relaxation.
Other Activities: Folklore Festival taking place every summer in the town of Lefkada. Annual sailing week takes place in Lefkada. There are daily cruses from Nidri to Scorpios Island and to the nearby islands.

Wonderful Villa with amazing views. Pool was great.Marie , the host, was brilliant with her communication and kind attention. Clean , fully equipped, comfortable Villa with good quality furniture inside and outside.Air Con was excellent when needed. Different shaded areas around property. Lovely views from terrace.Easy access to different parts of Lefkada.Good restaurants nearby and plenty in Nydri.Geni had lovely restaurants on the waterfront. Kathisma beach was great with sunbeds etc and drinks service. Vasiliki is very picturesque with good restaurants.Very sad to leave , would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed there for two weeks in total and had the best time. Nadia gave us a very warm welcome and showed us around this beautiful house. The view is absolutely breathtaking, you don’t really get used to it cause it’s so gorgeous. The Pool is huge and perfectly cleaned everyday. You can feel that Nadia, Marie and their father are taking care of the whole house and surroundings. Our stay was perfect, we will definitely come back. Thank you so much for being amazing hosts and for our wonderful vacation in Lefkada.

A really lovely villa

The view from this villa is incredible and makes the villa a special place. The villa itself is well-kept, very clean and well-stocked. The pool is a fabulous size and was cleaned every day, and there are some really lovely outdoor seating areas too. Nadia and her family were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. A really lovely villa.

Tolle Villa in einer tollen Umgebung

Die Villa Olive ist eine von 5 GebĂ€uden oberhalb von Nidri. Jede Villa ist fĂŒr sich einzeln und von den anderen GebĂ€uden nicht einsehbar. Der Blick auf Nidri, die Berge, das Meer und die vorgelagerten Inseln ist einmalig schön. Die Anreise erfolgt ĂŒber eine Nebenstraße und geht steil den Berg hinauf. Ein gelĂ€ndegĂ€ngiges Auto ist von Vorteil. Die Villa ist in einem sehr guten, sehr sauberen Zustand. Es war alles in der Villa vorhanden, inkl. SpĂŒlmittel, Toilettenpapier und MĂŒllbeutel. Der Service ist ebenfalls einmalig, jeden Tag Poolreinigung, MĂŒllleerung, einmal die Woche Handtuchwechsel und wer möchte auch eine wöchentliche Reinigung. Die GebĂ€ude werden von einer sehr freundlichen einheimischen Familie betreut und verwaltet. Die Betreuung erfolgt ĂŒber die beiden sehr freundlichen Töchter Nadia und Marie. Nikos, der Vater schaut gelegentlich auf ein Glas Wein und/oder Grappa vorbei. Neben der Dachterrasse und der Chill-Out-Sitzgruppe am Grill gibt es noch eine Hollywoodschaukel. Alles mit Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Die Inneneinrichtung ist Geschmackssache. Wir haben uns die meiste Zeit draussen aufgehalten. Betten, SchrĂ€nke, SanitĂ€rrĂ€ume, Waschmaschine alles in einem einwandfreien und sauberen Zustand. Durch die Hanglage oberhalb von Nidri und der Umgehungsstraße herrscht keine absolute Stille, FĂŒr uns war dies aber keineswegs störend. Gelegentlich ein Hundegebell oder ein auf der Umgehungsstraße vorbei fahrendes Auto. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder nach Nidri und, falls das Haus dann frei ist, sehr gerne wieder in die Villa Olive.

Great villa

Beautiful view from the villa and lovely gardens and outside area. Inside is a little dated but perfectly functional, though the 3rd (upstairs) bedroom gets very hot without the Aircon going. WiFi is there but a little unreliable. The walk up is very steep and about 40 mins from the town centre (more like 30 walking down though) we ended up getting taxis back fairly regularly. The owners were incredibly welcoming and attentive during the stay.

Wonderful stay, everything we hoped for.

Cannot rate this villa and our experience highly enough. From the time of booking, communication with the owner was excellent. We were met at the villa at check in and shown around. It is a wonderfully presented villa in a perfect location with mountains to one side and overlooking Nydri on the other. The pool is fantastic, bigger than expected with lots of different areas within the grounds to enjoy. The villa is well equipped, everything you could need and is kept super clean. Exceptional hosting, thank you Nadia and Marie, nothing too much trouble. We will be coming back!

We came to this villa after a busy week sailing around the islands. It was a lovely peaceful haven. Maria and Nadia were very helpful hosts. the property was very clean, with full facilities, the only thing is you DEFINITELY need a car as its a good 30 min walk to the center and its very steep. Apart from that we had no issue the pool was cleaned every day and all the outside of the property was immaculate .We definitely hope to return again and would recommend this lovely holiday Villa to our friends and family

Perfect holiday in a beautiful villa

We stayed at Villa Olive in early October. the villa, pool and gardens are beautiful. the setting is peaceful with the most stunning views of Nidri Bay. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The rooms are large and bright, the furnishings and bedding are all good quality and well looked after. The Zikou family have though of everything that you might need and couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. It is possible to walk into the town, but it's a very steep walk back! However, a taxi was only 7 euros. We always take villa holidays and this is certainly one of the best we've stayed in, we certainly will be back! Or thanks to the Zikou family for a great holiday
