Distribution:
· Ground floor: there is an ample open space with a totally equipped modern kitchen, which opens up to a dining area and a living area; 2 extra people can sleep on the 2 comfortable convertible sofas; from the living area, there is direct access to the private terrace and swimming pool; there is also a bathroom with shower.

· 1st floor: there are 2 independent bedrooms each with private bathrooms. Τhey both open up to a shared balcony; both of them have a sea view; 4 people can be accommodated on the 1st floor.

Indoor amenities:
On both floors, there are large windows and doors for one to admire the breathtaking view from inside the house and have full contact with the outside.

The sitting room is furnished with modern sofas, a central table, stylish furniture, a dining room table for 6, a TV and DVD player, and a safe box. In the bedrooms, there are beds and nightstands high-quality and linens, curtains, wardrobes, dressing tables, mirrors, elegant lighting, and modern paintings in all areas.

The kitchen is spacious and modern has all the necessary appliances: refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cooking utensils, modern dinnerware, and glasses.

Each room has a separate luxury bathroom with a shower or tub, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.

Other amenities include a washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms, and electric shutters to protect from the sun.

There is free Wi-Fi everywhere in the resort.

Outdoor amenities:
There are pergolas and sunbeds surrounding the swimming pool. The area is ideal for sunbathing, relaxing, or swimming. There is also an outdoor barbecue for those evening meals under the stars. There is also an outdoor table with chairs.

There is natural shade after 5-6 PM, allowing relaxation in pleasant temperatures during the summer. In the evening, the special illumination of the space and the tranquillity of the surroundings is an unforgettable experience.

The resort has a small shallow swimming pool for children, as well as a playground with a sea beautiful view.

There is private parking, no reservation is needed.
