A beautiful 10-year villa, renovated in 2019, built-in Spanish style with wood and fully furnished with love.
Located in the western part of the island, in the village of Athani in the heart of an olive forest, overlooking the Egremni beach and has a magnificent panoramic view.
The villa has two floors:
On the entry-level is the guest room/living room with a double sofa bed, a compact kitchen equipped with electric stoves, a baking oven, a steam receptacle, and a fridge.
It is equipped with essential items such as sugar, tea, coffee, water bottles, olive oil, spices and a bottle of wine.
Also on this floor is a bedroom with a double bed, a large chest of drawers, a toilet and a washroom.
On the second floor is a very spacious bedroom with a double bed, small chests on both sides, a large chest of drawers for storage and a wardrobe for the comfort of the guests.
In addition, a bathroom and en suite facilities.
On each floor, there is a sun terrace with a pergola equipped with a comfortable seating area.
