This characterful villa offers three comfortable bedrooms, two shower rooms and a spacious, open-plan living area, perfect for up to six guests. Outdoors, the expansive terrace is home to a large pool, plenty of comfortable seating and sun loungers. The beach and a few restaurants can be found within easy walking distance, with supermarkets and the resort centre of Sivota accessible by just a short drive.
To access the villa there is a path which is 180cm wide. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 120cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has both step and ladder access. Inside, there are 2 steps from the kitchen to the lounge.
